Our Process
STEP 1:
The Negotiation
We start by getting in at the right time, and with the early buying power of The OMNI group.
Omni works with developers at conception of their projects helping to secure the initial buyers just above developer costs.
STEP 2:
Unit(s) Purchase(s)
Reserve your unit(s) by placing 20% down then 10% twice every 6 months. In 12 months you would have a total of 40% down.
*May vary per development to reserve your unit.
Before signing a contract you can reserve units with a fully refundable deposit (30 days refundable).
After signing the contract, there will be a 15-day rescission period to cancel the purchase agreement for any reason!
You can choose to re-submit your unit(s) back into the developer inventory and sell all but one of the multiple units at the market price to pay off the unit you keep and take title to.

With our OMNI Developer Aquisitions , you can re-submit your unit(s) back into the developers inventory for resale* (after it appreciates) .
